The fine print
Unworn, unwashed apparel and unused gear can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Once your return reaches the loft, the refund is issued within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more to post it. Exchanges work the same way: send it back, order the right size.
Custom and made-to-order work, including sails, is built for your boat and is non-returnable, except for defects in materials or workmanship, which we make right at no cost. To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number.
Orders are offers to purchase and are accepted when we confirm them by email; sales are subject to availability, and we may cancel and refund an order we cannot fill. Prices and product specifications may change without notice, but never on an order already confirmed.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up your package; inspect deliveries on arrival and report damage or shortages within 7 days so we can pursue a claim. Our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
